This of course ignores any history of suburbanization or sprawl or even the existence of mobility or mass media. Cliven Bundy's view of land sovereignty sans the BLM. Landed property cannot trump humanity.
Like race and class don't affect spatial location, or that the "real country" is Mike Huckabee's God Guns, Grits, and Gravy", the redneck Take Back Our Country First fantasy of 19th Century Republicanist America - that pastoral, preindustrial fantasy like the nuclear family - a reality show world where no one sees how anything was manufactured.
Like the "efficiency" of free market or free trade, a homogeneously distributed America could only occur under Godwinist Lebensraum or even Communist forced re-education / re-location. This is the pre depression imagination of mortgaged landownership that helped the Bank Panics in the 1920s and the 2008 meltdown. Sorry GOP despite the Kochs, governance is not a commodity in this democracy nor are property relations the same as when the Founders apportioned power and suffrage.
